COURSE 1: BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION.
COURSE DESCRIPTION.
The Diploma in Business Management & Administration aims to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills required to perform effectively in a business management environment. The purpose of the qualification is to provide students with the ability to foster an understanding of an organisation’s activities, its business environment, as well as its employees. On successful completion of the programme, graduates will be able to seek career fields in the public and private sectors. Graduates will have the competencies to perform business-related activities as well as management duties.

The Diplomas in Business Management and Business Administration aims to develop a broad range of business knowledge and skills in the areas of management, marketing, accounting, economics, communications and information technology.

COURSE DESCRIPTION.
This is a specialized management program with a clear cut focus on the Human resource management as one of the most important functions in an organization. Human resource management is a process of bringing people together so that the goals of the organization can be achieved. This program helps the candidate to understand the role of the HR Manager in this ever growing competitive industry. It is a program which should be done by candidate who wants to pursue their career in Recruitment, Training and Development and Organization Design management.
COURSE OBJECTIVE.
The course provides a very effective practical overview of the latest thinking and case developments in HRM in order to provide both a conceptual and practical basis for student learning. It also encourages students to draw on their own experiences, and from their knowledge of the business world around them, to develop a clear understanding and practical working knowledge of what HRM in the modern organisation involves.

COURSE 3: SALES AND MARKETING.

COURSE DESCRIPION.
The Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management aims to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills required to perform effectively in the corporate arena. The qualification also equips students with necessary skills required for strategizing marketing programmes and also helps students to understand the needs of people in the society with reference to goods and services. On successful completion of the programme, graduates will be able to seek positions in the field of marketing management which encompasses all areas of marketing ranging from strategic marketing planning, integrated marketing, communication, product development and sales.

On completion of the course, the students will have
