Course Overview
The program is geared towards persons interested in pursuing a career in management or improving their management skills. The course provides the essential information and skills required by professionals who must make decisions that are important to the direction and performance of an organization or business. The course introduces the challenges of business management and teaches some of the essential skills needed to address these challenges to be successful at managing. It gives direction as to how to organize, prioritize and delegate tasks, including utilizing some of the technological tools that computer technology offers to increase managerial effectiveness and efficiency. Students will also acquire skills in major aspects of management needed to ensure that business is conducted in a manner that is progressive, profitable, effective and efficient.

Course Structure
A minimum KCSE overall Grade of D- (Minus) or equivalent is required to enroll in the program. The course consists of three (3) modules, each six (6) months long. Examinations are taken at the conclusion of every module. At the conclusion of the final module, students are required to complete three (3) months of industrial attachment.

Diploma in Human Resource Management

Course Overview
The Diploma in Human Resources Management is designed to impart the knowledge, education and skills necessary to meet the human resource challenges of today’s rapidly changing workplace and workforce. The curriculum provides you with a strong foundation in current HR best practices and is aligned with the Society of Human Resources Management behavioral competencies. The knowledge developed in the program is also helpful to professional managers who can benefit from having Human Resources as a facet of their management expertise.

The course consists of three (3) modules, each six (6) months long or two ter. Examinations are taken at the conclusion of every module. At the conclusion of the final module, students are required to complete three (3) months of industrial attachment.

Course Overview
This course is intended to introduce students to the basics of the activities associated with running a company, such as controlling, leading, monitoring, organizing, and planning. The course focuses on how a firm sets its direction, chooses its business activities, and establishes and defends its position in a competitive market. This course will introduce you to concepts and tools that will help you to develop an understanding of how strategies are formed and managed, and how competitive advantage might be created and sustained.

Certificate in Human Resource Management

Course Overview
This is a cost-effective course that covers real life HR issues, including employment law, selecting qualified employees, compensation, the employee performance process. Students will learn essential skills to keep them on track with compliance issues. Upon graduation, students can enroll to continue with the Diploma program in HRM with credits given for some of the skills already learnt in the certificate program

Accounting Technicians Diploma (KASNEB)

Course Overview
The Accounting Technicians Diploma qualification equips candidates with skills and competencies to work as middle level accountants providing technical support in accounting, auditing and taxation.

Course Structure
A minimum KCSE overall Grade of C- (Minus) or equivalent, with passes in mathematics is required to enroll in the program. The course consists of three (3) Parts, each with 2 sections. Each section can be completed in four (4) months. Examinations can be taken at the conclusion of every LEVEL per KASNEB schedule. At the conclusion of the final module, students are required to complete three (3) months of industrial attachment.
