Kenya Institute of Management Fees Structure 2023 | Kenya Institute of Management has released the Fees Structure for the 2023-2024 academic year.

Certificate Programmes Fee Structure

Certificate Course In Management – Level 4
This courses is intended to equip the leaner to the key concepts of management skills applicable in all areas of management Modules I & IIDuration 6 Months(3 Months per module) Requirements

  • KCSE Certificate.
  • A certificate of Experimental Learning issued by The Kenya National Qualifications Authority.
 KES. 20,000 Per Module
Certificate Courses – Level 5
This courses is intended to equip the leaner to the key concepts of management skills applicable in all areas of management. The courses are:

  • Certificate in Business Management
  • Certificate in Human Resource Management
  • Purchasing & Supplies
  • Certificate in Office Management
  • Certificate in Sales & Marketing
  • Project Management
  • Certificate in Archives & Records Management
 Modules I & IIDuration 12 Months(6 Months per module) Requirements

  • KCSE Mean Grade D; with D- in English & Maths/Accounting/Business Studies/Economics/Commerce.
  • Division III in KCE.
  • Completion of KNQA Level 4.
  • A certificate of Experimental Learning issued by KNQA
 KES. 30,000 Per Module

 

Diploma Programmes Fee Structure

The KIM Professional Diploma mainly targets three kinds of learners:

  • The working professional who seeks to enhance his/her management prowess and get a professional edge in the job market
  • A graduate who seeks to gain management skills as addition to his/her degree specialization
  • The form 4 leaver who wants to kick-start his/her management career and later advance his/her education

The diploma is structured to in a very deliberate way to give the above learners an entry level down from Bridging to Certificate and then to the Diploma qualification.

Diploma Courses – Level 6
This courses is intended to equip the leaner to the key concepts of management skills applicable in all areas of management. The courses are:

  • Diploma in Business Management
  • Purchasing & Supplies
  • Diploma in Office Management
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing
  • Project Management
  • Diploma in Archives & Records Management
Module I
  • KSCE Mean Grade C-; with a D+ in English and D+ in Maths, Accounting/Commerce/Economics/Business Studies
  • Division II in the KCE
  • One Prinicipal Pass at the KACE
  • Completion of KNQA Level 5
  • A certificate of Experimental Learning issued by KNQA
KES. 30,000
Module II
  • A degree from a recognized Institution
KES. 35,000
Module III
  • Progression from Module II
  • No direct admission
KES. 35,000
Module IV

All Students are expected to:

  • Write a Research Project in their area of specialization (6 months)
  • Participate in the attachment process (8-12 weeks)
