This is a three years programme. At the end of the course students should appreciate the complex nature of NGOs and CBOs and recognize the importance of management to the effective performance of all organizations. The following units will be covered:

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum qualifications are KCSE C- or KCE Div. 2 or the equivalent
- Certificate in Community development, Social development, Social work, Community Health, Counseling and Psychology.
- Course open to Beginners, Development facilitators, Project managers and Fresh students
