DEPARTMENTAL BACKGROUND INFORMATION

The department started 2016 September,2018 under automotive department. It had 7 craft students and 2 trainees in Diploma. One to rapid growth if gained it’s independence in 2017.Where it started operating as a full department, with 8 teachers out of which one is TSC employed and the rest BOG employees. In 2018 the department received full Electrical and Electronics equipment that exposes trainees to practical skills, has only workshop and one class room. The highest level in Diploma Module 2 and Craft Module2.

Career Progressions

The trainers can search job markets or further their Education to higher levels either to Diploma for craft or for higher National Diploma for Diploma trainees and for Craft for Artisan or seek employment.

  1. Ability to apply practical skills in Electrical and Electronics
  2. Ability to work as a team while developing leadership skills
  3. To understand ethics and their role in the engineering.
