INSTITUTIONAL PROFILE

Technical University of Mombasa (TUM) was recently elevated to a fully-fledged University in Kenya. TUM is set along the expansive shores of the beautiful and magnificent Indian Ocean and overlooking the famous Tudor Creek.

In order to mentor and cultivate today’s young leaders and strengthen their understanding of the workplace, the University is seeking to recruit motivated interns who will benefit from an enviable exposure of the work environment within Technical University of Mombasa.

AREAS OF FOCUS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

i.Must be a Graduate from a Tertiary Institution or University who have graduated in the last two (2) years.

ii.The Programme is for one year (1) and could be renewed subject to one’s overall performance up to a maximum of two (2) years.

iii.Twenty one (21) paid leave days per year.

iv.The interns must find their own residential accommodation and transport.

v.Must be willing to sign a confidential agreement before they are admitted to the program.

vi.Successful candidate will be paid a stipend of Ksh.15,000/= per month for Diploma students and Kshs.20,000/= for Bachelor’s Degree students respectively.

NB: No other allowances apart from the stipend will be paid to the successful candidates.
