Graduation is the successful completion of a course of study at a university, college, or school, for which you receive a degree or diploma.
The Chancellor, University Of Eldoret, on behalf of the University Council, Management Board and Senate wishes to inform all our esteemed graduands who have qualified for conferment of degrees and various University Academic Awards, that the Graduation Ceremony will be held on … University Of Eldoret Graduation Date

All prospective graduands should note the following.
University Of Eldoret Graduation Ceremony Date (Virtual) 2022:
The University of Eldoret wishes to inform ALL students who qualified for the conferment of various degrees and award of diplomas in the 2020/2021 Academic Year, that the 11th Graduation Ceremony will be held virtually on Thursday 24th November, 2022 commencing at 8.30 a.m. from the University of Eldoret Main Campus New Site (NS) Grounds. The ceremony will be streamed live on University of Eldoret Facebook page and YouTube channel. The virtual link will be availed through the University of Eldoret website by Monday 21st November, 2022.
All graduands and invited guests are advised to be seated by 7.30 A.M. The Ministry of Health Covid-19 protocols and guidelines will be adhered to.
Registration, Graduation and Convocation Fees
All graduands are expected to register for graduation after confirming that they have met all requirements for graduation including payment of all fees. They are required to check their status with the respective schools and/or by visiting the University of Eldoret website: www.uoeld.ac.ke. Registration will be with the respective Deans of Schools offices. Graduands MUST fill the graduation registration form: UOE/AC/GRAD/02 and submit latest Thursday 10th November, 2022.

NOTE: Graduands should NOT insert new names other than those used during their admission into the University. It is the responsibility of graduands to ascertain the order and correctness of their names and report any errors to the respective Deans of Schools.
All graduands will be required to pay graduation fees as indicated below:

The convocation meeting will be held on Wednesday 23rd November, 2022 immediately after the rehearsal.
Graduation Regalia
All graduands, Student Governing Council members, Alumni representative and all senate members will be required to be in official academic dress during the ceremony. The academic gowns will be collected from the respective Deans of Schools offices between Wednesday 16th November, 2022 and Monday 21st November, 2022 upon clearance of thr graduation fees.
All gowns must be returned to the respective offices by Wednesday 30th November, 2022, thereafter a daily penalty of Kshs. 1,000 will be charged.
Invitation Cards
Each graduand will be issued with two (2) invitation cards for two guests. These will be collected from the respective Dean’s of Schools offices.
Rehearsal – University Of Eldoret Graduation
The rehearsal is an integral part of the Graduation Ceremony. All graduands intending to participate in the ceremony MUST attend the rehearsal at the University Pavilion on Wednesday 23rd November, 2022 at 9.00 A.M.
Accommodation
All graduands are expected to make their own arrangements for accommodation.

It is the responsibility of each graduand to confirm his/her examination results, accuracy and order of names and financial status from the respective dean’s office. Only those students who meet all the requirements for graduation will be included in the graduation list.
