Can the excess money from the Afya Elimu Fund be transferred to other genuine needy students in the institutions?

Can the excess money from the Afya Elimu Fund be transferred to other students? – Answer:

HELB Loan: Can the excess money from the Afya Elimu Fund be transferred to other students?

No. All excess money shall be sent back to HELB to assist other needy students.

NB. Credit balance for continuing students shall be forwarded to the next academic year and the student should apply for a lesser amount in the subsequent year.
