In order to meet the growing needs for improved organizational performance in the wake of dwindling financial resources required to realize organizations mission, KISWCD is offering the following executive courses for Chief Executive Officers, Managers of NGOs, Program and Project Managers, Senior Technical Staff in Central and Local Governments, Senior Managers in other Development related Institutions with the need to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Advanced Project Management Skills
- Social Entrepreneurship Skills
- Effective Strategic Planning and Management Skills
- Resource Mobilization, Fundraising and Grant Management Skills
- Leadership and Management Skills for Development Practitioners
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Skills (MEAL)
- Advanced Training of Trainers (TOT) Skills
- Effective NGO Management Skills
- Emotional Intelligence and Counseling Skills
- Effective Coaching, Mentoring and Tec
COURSE DURATION
The training courses will run for five (5) days (Monday – Friday) from 8.30am – 400pm.
Participants will be required to pay Ksh 25,000 for each course
ALL participants will be provided with Tea, Lunch, Training materials and a Certificate of Training.
Target group
Chief Executive Officers, Managers of NGOs, Program and Project Managers, Senior Technical Staff in central and local governments, Senior Managers in other development related institutions with the need to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Course duration
The training courses will run for five (5) days (Monday – Friday) from 8.30am – 400pm.
Quorum
At least four (4) participants per training course
Fees for the course
Participants will be expected to pay Kshs 25,000 for each training course. This will cater for 10am and 4pm tea and lunch, training materials and training certificate.
